Production technology

Perspectiv Ltd processes mainly Plexi-glass and Polycarbonate using a wide range of technologies. Selection of the most appropriate processing technology depends on the product requirements, taking into consideration functionality, aesthetics, strength, accuracy and durability over time.
Machining: sawing, milling, drilling and tapping.
Surface processing: sanding, polishing, coloring.
Connecting: glueing polymers with a variety of adhesives
using a number of technologies, joining with screws.
Heat processing: bending by line heating, bending tubes,
bending with a mold, laser cutting.
Graphics: silk printing, vinyl sticker.
